Day 1 – Horseback Ride Rumiñahui Volcano and Cooking in the Clouds

Welcome to the Andes! After your airport pickup, settle into your cozy hotel and take it easy. Whether it’s a short walk to see the city lights or a quiet dinner, this is your soft landing into Ecuador’s highland charm.

Day 2: Cotopaxi National Park Up Close

We explore Cotopaxi National Park, hiking to Refugio José Ribas at 4,800m for jaw-dropping views. After a lakeside lunch at Limpiopungo, we visit the park’s museum and the Inca ruins of Pucará del Salitre before returning to Quito and to your hotel if additional optional nights are required.
